BSNL; Connecting Bharat

With this bold tagline, BSNL emphasizes its mission to help grow and support the economy of the country. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), an Indian central public sector undertaking known for its mobile and internet services, envisions to become India’s leading telecom provider with a strong global reach, and its mission is to offer modern, world-class technology at fair prices and build strong communication systems across India with great service, sales and care. What is the BSNL FMS Portal?

BSNL’s Franchise Management System (FMS) is a digital portal designed to help franchisees coordinate their management and operations. The portal allows the franchise managers to manage their teams effectively. Its key functions include:

  • Customer Onboarding- allows creation and submission of the Customer Application Forms (CAFs) which are available for mobile connection, Landline and FTTH, Broadband and Service requests. It also enables businesses and franchises to register for partnerships and collaborations with BSNL. This further enables BSNL to expand its telecom services in both rural and urban areas.
  • Connection Monitoring- helps keep track of the broadband or fibre connections
  • Service Requests- to apply for special or leased line requests or services
  • Fault Tracking
  • Billing Invoices
  • Partner Sales Operation

These key features and functions support BSNL’s goal of making the customer experience simpler and smarter while helping expand its services and strengthen its presence in the telecommunications sector amid rising competitions.

  • Visit the official website of BSNL Franchisee Management System portal by using the link https://fms.bsnl.in
  • Enter the allotted username and password.

  • As a TIP, the individual can provide services to BSNL customers.

Therefore, while BSNL FMS can provide a promising business opportunity, potential franchisees should carefully evaluate its benefits and limitations before making an investment decision.
