STILL-UNSTILL

There has come to a sudden hold,

Everything a vice of hope;

As still as the warriors of time,

Caged and unmoved in the sphere of time!

Time is caged by the spirits unknown,

All is still and unchanged in space;

No smog or fog of dust for long,

No factories of chemical baths.

Joy of mercy and abundance rule

For wild forge dance and sing in glee;

Joy unseen in a tenth of ninth,

Abundance of peace in mind!

Nature heels herself with love,

Mercy, glee of joy and bless;

For at last nature is at ease,

And mending its lost beauty and dignity,

Once stolen by the most advanced race.

A story to be told of boldness and brave,

By generations past and gone;

Also by generations to come and for told,

Again and again as a period carved down on hard rock!

Story remains forever in history.

Summary: The poem is about uncertainty in life. Where the ever-thing comes to a hold and time stands still. It states that the Modern Era is a cage where change is the only constant thing. It talks about all the changes the Modern Era has brought. And how nature heals with time and it turns diverse and divine, bringing calmness to the mist.
