Who is a teacher?

   This quote spells out the role of a teacher in a child’s life. A teacher is the

paragon of virtues who insists the principles of life and education. A Preceptor is the one who is bounded to a school, with solemn contents. But a teachers has to take jobs apart from the syllabus of books. The bridge of a child to traverse the vast communities in the world is, the teacher. Hence, the grade of the teachers plays a crucial role.

   When a teacher flags up only the Index Finger, the child employs its five fingers to hold it. This accounts the alluring bond between them. When a compact aid is given, a boundless hope is mulched into the child’s mind.

   Thus, this bond sets forth the trust of the teacher on a child, apart from the child’s trust on them. By all means, a teacher is a pupil* to the pupil. The Pupil in eyes quantizes the light to enhance the vision in dark. It acts a bridge. This recounts the tasks of the teachers.

    The grade for a teacher pops out here. The way the teacher unfolds the mysteries in education and life in this world, will repose in the child’s mind forever. Each and every nook can be narrated only by a good graded teacher. The teacher should possess the actual sense of the subject she teaches, so that it can be exposed to a learner in ease. Grade is the quality of values, the teacher has. It is not a quantization unit. A Good Graded teacher not only knows the concepts, but also the method to convey it to the learners. Parents are the first teachers to a child. When a child is one-year old, parents not only ask them to walk. They will hold the child’s hand and give support to walk. This is the strategy behind every successful learning. These situations detect a good teacher.

 RELATION OF TEACHER & STUDENT:  

  The enduring anecdote of Anne Sullivan and Helen Keller buzzes the mind while speaking about a teacher and a student. The Half- Blinded teacher made a student who lost sight and hearing, to be a world’s renowned author. The great success of this relationship is not by any oral communication, but by heartily communication.

 According to today’s grading system, a half-blinded teacher may be rejected at the first meeting. If this had happened to Anne, then no more Helen Keller. So, a teacher’s appearance and disabilities are not of consideration in terms of grading. The way the teacher takes up her duty as a passion, matters.

 Practical teaching got its own importance nowadays than theoretical one. In Indian Culture, we say residential monastery called Gurukulam. The students stayed back with the teachers for years and practiced education. Also, they served the teacher with comfort as a fee and learnt the principles of life. Thus, they realized the practical life too.

SOME CONCLUSIONS:  

 A student is graded every term to rank out his position in education. Whereas, one must grade a teacher to put the life of hundred of students’ life in good position. Here rises the need to grade a teacher. Owing to a great change in technology, an awkward thing is the contact between a teacher and a student. But still, one who wishes to learn something, will surely rely on a good graded teacher.

“A teacher explains everything in a book. A good graded teacher shows everything that is in a book and out of book.”

    Thus, a good graded teacher is totally different from a teacher. A good graded teacher is the stepping stone. This will help a life out of box. Life is long, if you know how to use it. We can decode the life puzzle with a good graded teacher.
