Identifying their purpose and setting similar goals:
Gen-Z is known for their smart and shrewd moves. They are the generation that lives and would live by their choice and decisions that fairly end up right and are keen to seek and know their purpose in life. They explore opportunities and get along with situations smoothly. The purpose they identify and the process of setting goals inclined to that chosen path is one of the major keys that motivate them to run.
Activism and Voice for justice:
The active presence of Gen-Z in activism can vastly be seen on a large scale. They have been balancing their choices along with their decision making in a prominent pathway of life. Though judgements and differentiations prevail along the teenage and twenties, unity during downfalls make Gen-Z one of the most admirable set of the society. The fact to be just and truthful in social causes and consequences have been hammered in their conscience for instance.
Social Media and Technical Advancements:
The individuality and social representation of Gen-Z through social media has become inseparable lately. Like every other coin, this has both positive and negative effects on their livelihoods. The urge to update every minute activity of theirs on a wide platform of different range and kind of people is indeed a concern. The influence of communities and individuals on them is diverse as well. Though , social campaigns and activities engage them in getting to know the globe’s happenings. On that note, all the limitations turning viable as merits rely completely on the way they use the medium, when one must realize a medium can either be a tool or a weapon.

Apart from being a trending topic to be spoken about, it emphasizes the need for man to take care of his fluctuating emotions for his own benefit. It induces an individual to manage his stress and anxiety when reality strikes him with his instabilities. Gen-Z should highly be commended for their bravery in breaking odds and stereotypes as they’re very clear in what they want to pursue, be it education or an occupation. They’re passionate and ambitious about their vision or goals. Success has been the lemon on their mocktail glass and destroying stereotypes that prevailed are what they excel in. They are particular in learning for life and getting trained with skills to tackle all scenarios that may pertain in their future. The spirit to be of their own, develop ideas and be innovative can be drawn out of each Gen-Z born. Working for money being secondary, they yearn for a purpose which defines their time and efforts.

While we discuss the secondary, the need for finance is one of the significant drives or motivation for Gen-Z. Essentiality being emphasized, the security and stability in individual financing has been a requirement for them. Most of the students witness or undergo student debts due to economic uncertainty. This ensures that they get motivated to become financially stable in their future by their own selves. This also makes them understand the worth of their own experiences in spending which leads them to a sustainable consumption of minimum usage of finances.

Family, Friends and Relatives are those who revolve around the emotions of Gen-Z. While some situations lead them to get knit closely and some break them into pieces. The need for people is one of those things Gen-Z does not realize this early, maybe because of the age factor. The importance of family is again a significant drive to move forward in life, as a responsibility and commitment that makes a perfect personality. One of those major parts of emotions that Gen-Z is probably failing to figure out is the reality behind online and offline relationships. As it highly affects their functioning, one must infer truth and fiction among activities of a human being with understanding and the brain’s witt.
