Usain Bolt was born in Jamaica on 21 August 1986 and belonged to a  poor family how ran a local grocery store in Sherwood Content, a small town in Jamaica. He is the fastest sprinter and broke many world records in athletics. He was very active from the beginning of his life and his mother was very worried about him being proactive. He was more into sports than academics in his school life.

He loved playing every sport but he enjoyed playing football. His journey started from becoming the best runner in his school in a 100-meter race and later become the fastest runner in the area. In one of his competitions a cricket coach noticed him and the pace he ran in it, after the end the coach approached Usain and he wants to train him. But later was trained for the Olympics by a former Olympic sprint athlete and Dwayne Jarret. He was convinced to do so to earn money and buy his mother a WASHING MACHINE this was the only push required to start his journey.

His mother used to wash the clothes by hand which was a tedious task to do and she hated to do laundry by hand therefore wanted a washing machine which was extremely expensive for her to buy. Usain wanted to earn money and get his mother a washing machine. Once he started athletics there was no look back for him.  He for the first time came to get attraction as a track prodigy in 2002 on WORLD JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS RACING with an audience of 36,000 in Jamaican National Stadium in Kingston he was only 15 years old when he grabbed that by winning a gold medal in 200 meters race. Through this, he grabbed the title of YOUNGEST EVER MALE junior in any event.

He holds the world record in 100 x 200 meters and 4x 100 meters relay. He is an eight-time Olympics gold medalist. He won the Olympic 100 x 200 meters consecutively in 2008, 2012, and 2016. But he won worldwide fame in 2008 for his double sprinter victory in Beijing Olympics making him the first man to hold both records from the fully automatic time became mandatory. He is an eleven-time WORLD CHAMPION. He became so famous after that, that his name became a synonym to speed and being fast. Gradually in different championships, he became the MOST SUCCESSFUL MALE ATHLETE.

He was the first athlete to win four world championships in history. Lightning bolt retired in 2017. He described that being the best in the category needs more sacrifices than one can even think of. He gave examples of how he skipped and reduced socializing to put a hundred percent effort in the field in his teenage years. He wanted to increase the amount of time with his family since he has reached a milestone in his life. So we have to stop when we are done not when we are tired.
