For running the wheel of life, God created two genders- HE and SHE
The bond between the two was to be woven by love, care, respect, and equality.
Harmony among the two could have built an enlightened world
The supremacy of one has led to gloom, despair, and darkness all around.
The dominance of one erupted in form of chaos and imbalance
The other wearing the garland of sacrifice has none other option than endurance and silence.
The patriarchal mindset of HE has favored oppression and subjugation
SHE always as a daughter, sister, wife, and mother have faced discrimination.
Smothered by inequality, prejudices, stereotypes, and injustice
The way SHE has been paved by fetters and shackles and made her life thorny.
Dolour, dejection, and sombreness have been gifted to SHE
A maze of enigma and stigma has been woven for her by HE.
Procreator is killed in mother’s womb, her fate is imprinted with gloom
No more SHE in the world to witness will make the place a doom.
If SHE is alive, a chain of deprivation and desolation will not let her survive
Political servitude, Denial of education and nutrition will not let her thrive
Manacles of dependence will never let her way be paved
Low esteem and low self-confidence will keep her enslaved.
For SHE to blossom, the chains need to be unlocked and opportunities need to be bestowed
The flowers of education, nutrition, and safety will only make happiness her abode.
