She has a world of ready wealth,

Our minds and hearts to bless—-

Spontaneous wisdom breathed by heart,

Truth breathed by cheerfulness.

A wonderful lining by the poet William Wordsworth. In this “, she” refers to nature.

Nature is our best teacher, it gives us a beautiful place to shelter. From our ancient age to till this 21st century we are living on this earth because of nature. Nature gives us oxygen, fruits, vegetables, etc.., to lead our life healthy and safe. Without nature we are nothing. We can understand the lessons of life and beauty through nature. We have spoiled nature but now it’s the time for NATURE to just hit the RESET BUTTON on us.

Before the virus attack:

The use-age of vehicles too much caused traffic, road accident, air pollution. Dumping of waste in public places led to land pollution. Factories industrial waste has been made connected with water causing water pollution. People’s wish to live a high-five life led to the usage of mineral water that made factories to take groundwater drilled beyond the water drilling level limit. But now the public places have become pollution-free. It reduced water and air pollution including CO2 and NO2 emissions. The river Ganga and Yamuna is visible cleaner these days. The pink Flamingoes return in huge numbers to Mumbai beach on April-08, 2020. Wildlife is blooming. Though the lockdown had led to unemployment, tourism activities to natural areas have been ceased. It was our time to see and cherish nature.

HEALING OF NATURE DURING CORONA VIRUS:

“THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT HAS CHANGED FOR NOW”

Coronavirus lockdowns across the world appear to have a number of positive effects on the environment. The natural world has continued to rumble on, and even shows signs of benefiting from our absence. Nature started to heal itself. It was a great opportunity for us to spent a long time with our family. It taught us the real heroes are those who help people in need. There were many social workers gave hands, helped many peoples, and proved humanity is not dead.

DRAWBACKS:

Although good things happened there were also negative sides. The agriculture was damaged, as a result, food production and availability were depleted. There was a huge loss from private companies to little shops and stores. Many people had to face hunger, not only humans but animals were also couldn’t get food because of the lockdown. The online class made the children become less interested in studies that can affect their future and also many students to commit suicide because of unable to follow the new system. It was a new phase and challenges that we had to go through in 2020.

CONCLUSION:

We should not deplete our resources and damage our agricultural systems. Holding onto a vision of a just, peaceful, and sustainable earth will give us strength for the future. It’s our responsibility to save nature. It’s not too late to save our nature and us.

“WE DON’T INHERIT THE EARTH FROM OUR ANCESTORS, WE BORROWED IT

FROM OUR CHILDREN”

So we don’t have the right to spoil nature as it does not only belong to us. We have to give it back to our future generations without any destruction.
