How to deal with Stress !

Stress is the most common issue in the present time. It can simply be defined as your body’s reaction to a challenge or demand. It enters our life and destroy it as a termite. From a school going child to an aged person everyone have stress in their lives. All have different problems which stress up their life but also everyone entertain it differently.

There is a famous saying “It is not stress that kills us, it is our reaction to it .” This is exactly how things are. Everyone faces various challenges in their lives and it depends on them how they deal with it . Some people deal with the problems patiently and some stress up themselves. A quality that each one of  us need to learn is ‘ HOW TO DEAL WITH STRESS’.

Causes of stress

Stress can be caused due to poor management of work , facing discrimination , emotional problems , increase in financial obligations , exam stress , getting isolated ,etc. These are very common reasons causing stress. Apart from all these sometimes stress comes from inside rather than from outside like fear and uncertainity ,unrealistic expectation ,etc. Negative thoughts are another issue leading to stress.  Stress has a major impact on health It leads to headache , difficulty in sleeping , irritability, etc. Over stress can also lead to depression . Depression is a medical condition or a feeling of unhappiness that lasts for a long time. It is a great threat to the health of a person.

How to deal with stress

Dealing with stress is very important. Many people  deal with their problems and stress in a wrong way .They overthink and then start getting frustrated. They make a fuss of even small things. These all things add up to their problems . This is the reason why stress management is of immense importance. Stress  can be dealt by indulging in physical activities (like cycling ,dancing ,gardening ); getting proper sleep; trying relaxation techniques ( like deep breathing , massage , meditation , yoga ,music and art therapy ),etc.

Yet another way to fight back stress is by managing time. Time management plays an essential role in lowering our stress level and helps us to handle our stuff with patience. When we preplan our work in a proper manner and follow the plan sincerely then without any hustle and bustle we will be able to complete our work. Thus managing time is like a remedy to the disease of stress.

Acceptance of summons in life

Challenges spice up our lives. We need to accept these challenges in a positive way. Life is like a roller coaster ride and our birth is like a ticket to this ride. Every individual is a part of this journey but not everyone accepts this happily and with patience. There are many who create unnecessary chaos by taking stress. Stress does not make our work easy rather it add up to problems. Patience and calmness are a key to conquer stress.

So every human being should understand that unnecessary stress is of no good. We all can get success with patience. All we have to do is to DEAL WITH STRESS.
