4:00 to 4:30 am:

5:15 to 5:45 am:

5:45 to 7:00 am:

7:00 to 7:30 am:

After doing physical and mental exertion, the body needs energy and we get it from morning breakfast, so morning breakfast should be good. 7:30 to 11:00 am:

11:00 am to 1:00 pm:

1:00 to 2:00 pm:

7:00 to 9:00 pm:

9:00 to 10:00 pm:
