Corona, being such a small organism that even cannot be seen with naked eyes has created such havoc all over the world. Billions of people are getting infected and millions of them are dying but, we being so capable, we being humans are still not able to stop this disaster. But why lose hope now, when we cannot do anything for the past. But yes, one should not forget the past’s mistakes because forgetting missteps can often cause repetition of them. Indeed, this one pandemic has changed the whole world.
Previously, Students in school, people with jobs in offices, toddlers in playschools, Celebrations during occasions and whatnot. Indeed, without these, We didn’t know how to live, did we? Still, we are living without the things we did before. Time teaches us all things we don’t learn in the past. A proverb exists that what we sow, we reap. All the behaviour of humans towards other organisms which could be either plants or animals, we are getting it back.
We kept them in cages, misbehaved with them, killed them and now see the consequences, that’s what this virus is doing to all of us. All the school students who didn’t want to go to school are now desiring to attend classes physically. Previously, people with jobs wanted to work from home without any efforts to go to their offices, so now, God fulfilled their wants. Definitely, we didn’t want the change in this manner which is quite harsh, but whatever happens, is always for the good.
People who were confident because they had money and, were financially strong this pandemic definitely, broke their confidence because this virus doesn’t see who is rich and poor but rather infect who is careless. Lockdowns were imposed to control the spread of the virus, moreover, people were not very serious about this matter. The Indian government and WHO( World Health Organization), however, tried its best to stop the spread of the coronavirus.
Still, due to the carelessness of some citizens of the country, somewhere the efforts of the government and WHO didn’t show major results. Sadly, we lost many millions of our brother and sisters due to the life-threatening disease. But the question arises from where did the first Covid-19 case was reported and the answer to this is Wuhan, China. First ever case of Coronavirus for Covid-19 was found in Wuhan in 2019. Being first case of Coronavirus reported in 2019,it was also known as Covid-19.
A famous proverb exists as “Prevention Is Better Than Cure”. So now the question arises that how can we prevent being infected with coronavirus? The answer is that there are several ways to prevent getting infected. Maintain a distance of minimum of 2 metre from any person even if that person does not appear to be sick because many Covid patients are Asymptomatic which means that the person is infected but doesn’t experience or show any symptoms.
Wear a mask, when you are outdoor or in the areas where the distancing is not possible. Get vaccinated when it is your turn. Clean your hands often, you could clean it from soap and water or using sanitizer. Stay in doors if you feel unwell.
At the end, I would like to mention that unity has alot if power. If we stay united, that moments of freedom and joy is not very far. But the rule to win are: Patience and Unity, which indeed we will all maintain.
