Through sports, a sportsman not only earns money or fame but also represents his skills and talents infront of the whole world and undoubtedly their games really give us full entertainment. There are several famous sportspersons from different sports such as cricket, football, hockey, badminton, athlete, boxing, tennis etc but there are very special sportspersons who can be the role model of anyone whether he is a common people or a rising sportsman. Those players not only have raised our prestige to the apex but also have taught us how to be determined, disciplined in your life in order to get success. Really there are several famous players in cricket and cricket is a very famous game in India.The madness for cricket of the Indian people is really amazing and their cries from the stadium is also noteworthy. Among those famous Indian cricketers, Mahendra Singh Dhoni is a name which has been established in the heart of every Indian cricket fan. MS Dhoni not only a great wicket keeper batsman of India but also the greatest captain of team India in the cricket history. 

Rising of MS Dhoni ​​​​​:-Yes,it is true that most of the Indian cricketers have come from the mega cities of India, but MS Dhoni rose up from the state Jharkhand,and it is he who has showed that a player from a small state can see big dream. He started his professional career with a job at Kharagpur Railway Station but his passion for cricket impelled him to do something better. That’s why he left the job and decided to focus fully on cricket in order to make a place in Indian squad. As a result, he got chance in the national team by the reference of the captain Sourav Ganguly at that time. He failed to score runs in his first few matches but he never lost his self reliance and confidence. After failure in three or four matches, he played a brilliant knock of 148 runs against Pakistan, and from that day the name MS Dhoni came to the highlighted spot. Later he scored 183 runs against Sri Lanka which was the greatest knock by any Indian wicket keeper batsman, and it was also his highest individual score. Gradually, he became a dependable batsman and wicket keeper and the term ‘finisher’was referred to him. He finished several matches and led his team to the path of victory. 

.Success of MS Dhoni as a captain ​​​​​​:-After getting success as a dependable wicket keeper batsman of India he was selected as the new captain of T20 world cup 2007,which was held for the first time. With great captaincy, MS Dhoni’s new Indian team full of young players won the T20 world cup for the first time by beating Pakistan and it can be said that the golden era of a great captain was started. No one expected that India could win the T20 world cup under a young inexperienced captain Dhoni, and T20 world cup was his first ICC tournament won as a captain. Again, the 2011 world cup Indian team was led by the captain MS Dhoni, and whole team performed at their level best throughout the whole tournament. As a result, India lifted the World Cup trophy after a lapse of 28 years and the history was created once again after 1983.In final match,MS Dhoni played an outstanding, more specially a match winning knock of 91 runs with some impeccable and magnificent shots.Besides,winning world cup he also won 3 ipl trophies for CSK ,and it is also a great achievement of him.Later in 2013,MS Dhoni led the team India in Champions Trophy 2013,and by his brilliant captaincy he won the Champions Trophy without losing any match of the tournament. He also showed how a captain be so calm,cool and composed under pressure during the match, and can change the momentum of the game. MS Dhoni is still now proclaimed as “Captain Cool “,and it is true MS Dhoni like cricketer comes once in a century. After his retirement from international cricket, a great gap has been created in the Indian cricket.

A real sportsman has showed how to keep head cool and be composed under pressure and bear the palm at last.For all these qualities, MS Dhoni is the inspiration of billions all over the world, and he will remain as a bright star in Indian cricket who is born to make history.
