INTRODUCTION

A hobby is something that we do when we like it. It is NOT a chore. Hobby helps us relax and do things that we really like and excel at them. Some hobbies are:- Painting, Coin-collecting, Reading, Writing, Making up poems,…….. Well, that’s the idea.

THE CONTENT

People do their few chores, go through their schedules, and do other things. Then, if you have some free time, you can choose to do your fav hobby. Now most of the time, little kids only do their hobbies, and one or two of them are mostly for fun. Human beings have gone as deep as to understand ‘ Hobby’. Well… what if you can go that far, why not go further? Mmm, maybe this is a bit boring, you know. Can’t understand any of this. Let’s play a game.

What is a hobby? Hobby is a type of chore, only it is NOT a chore. How, you ask? Simple.

Your hobby is Stealth skills. It is something you practice everyday, or whenever you get time. Like you do a chore, everyday, or whenever you get time, not because you like it, but because you are being forced to. But a hobby, you are not being forced to do THAT. So, Conclusion: Hobby is something you do for fun or practice whenever you get time.

What can a hobby lead to? A hobby like ringing someone else’s doorbell, can only lead to trouble. But what about other one’s?…… what will they lead to?  The answer to that, my friend, is that they can lead to a dream job. A hobby like swimming , can lead a person to be an Olympic professional swimmer.  A hobby like Stealth skills, can be very useful if you want to be an agent of a detective. Like that, each one has an ability to have a dream job. Unlocking them is the challenging thing. But remember:  If you believe in your dreams and hobbies, you believe in yourself. I’ll explain with some examples.

Stealth skills may be your hobby. You practice at it, and for fun, use it to play jokes and tricks on other people. If you keep on practicing it, you may have the ability to become a secret agent.

Ok, you are a …… Journalist! Very good and all that, now  get to work, and look over the assignment your boss has given you. Yippee! You have to interview people, and their favourite hobbies.

There! A girl has a hobby. Her dream, she says, is to be a musician. She had a piano, and practiced it every day. Now, with encouragement, a simple hobby of piano playing, can lead to a competition, in which she can participate. And from that competition, she can go to a music school, to a college, and then train to become a musician. Then she’ll get a job like that.

Now, you have to interview a little boy. He says his hobby is writing short stories for fun. There! Such a nice hobby. We can encourage him to try to publish his short stories. Never mind if his stories are not fit for publishing. At least he tried. But remember: We learn more from our failures than our achievements. He can note down his mistakes, and try again next time.

See? Hobbies can  lead to a dream  job. If you start a hobby at a very young age and want it to become a dream job, then you can practice at it. You choose your own hobby, you and only you. But… Don’t stick to one thing. Branch out your mind ( Like how they branch out business ) and explore.  Let’s branch out, and make our future generation an active one!

You went deep inside your Heart and found a question or two, which has a deep meaning. This can be your new hobby- Thinking deeply!

1. AM I TOO YOUNG TO START?

Okay. This question has a rather satisfying answer. The answer is, you are never too young to start, once you understand what you have to do. Only when the clay is wet, will the shape of the pot become to form, and after it is dry, can be filled with water, in a pot of designs. So, in this case, you are the wet clay, and the forming of the pot is your hobby beginning to grow strong. The finished pot is your job. The drying is when you begin to learn your job properly. When the pot is ready to have beautiful designs carved into them, is when you understand your job and start to express it colorfully. The time, when the pot can be filled, is when you get your earnings and can start to live a comfortable and happy life.

Alas, it is not the same thing in every situation. Sometimes, the clay can not be molded into a proper pot, no matter how much you try.  Finally, the clay is thrown away, a new clay will suffice. Don’t worry, guys, even to this, there is a hefty and quick solution.  Alert – even though this may sound like an easy and quick solution, it’s quite hard to actually pull it off. Suppose you are the clay, and the making of the pot is not happening. Don’t worry, throw the pot away, meaning leave that hobby. The taking of the new clay is when you pick a new hobby. When you try that out, you may be able to succeed. Don’t make one pot, branch out and make plenty of others. Yay! You have loads of hobbies now! Remember, there is no age limit. Everyone can have a hobby.

2. WHAT ARE THE THINGS YOU NEED

Well, most likely, you need belief, and encouragement. But, that’s what you need on the basis of shyness. So, you say, your hobby is… writing. BOOM. That’s an excellent  Hobby there. So, you want to know the best way to write. Well you can take help from your friends, parents, relatives, or if you don’t feel like asking them, you can always search the internet. You might get some things which help improve your writing. Looking for something which proofreads your essays and writings? There is one excellent site which not only proofreads your essay, but also suggests more distinctive words for it, and if it is a little too long, it tells you where you can cut it short and use new words. The site is called Grammarly.com. And there are some other solutions. Do you want to learn where to learn English properly? You might be interested in one of these guys. A few sites which are called Englishclub.com, Fluentu.com, Wikihow.com may help you. Or… if you don’t feel like putting hard work in English writing, then there is one solution to this too. You can read English story books, and start writing. Once you start writing three or four times, then you can start to  sense a pattern behind the writing, like a rhythm. If you feel that some word is outta place, you can change that. You don’t wait. Keep on writing how you like it. At the end, proofread it. See why your mistakes are mistakes. Correct them.
