Health is being free from illness or injury. Lifestyle is how a person lives. So, A healthy lifestyle is living in a way that helps to keep and improve people’s health and well-being. A healthy lifestyle includes a balanced diet. 

A healthy lifestyle is something that has a lot of things under it. Including, a nutritional diet, daily exercise, proper sleep, being happy, and thinking positively. When we do all the needed things to have a healthy lifestyle, our lives are going on the correct path. Living a healthy life is necessary for you to be happy and feel good in your present life and in the future. Once you choose to live a healthy life, it lasts all your life. It not only helps you live longer but also better and less prone to diseases. A healthy lifestyle is the kind of lifestyle that we all must seek for.

 In a world that changes every second, there are many things that we all find hard to believe about ourselves. When we go see a doctor, the doctor might check and say that we have cardiovascular disease, cancer, chronic respiratory disease, and diabetes which are not diseases we wouldn’t have even thought of. But it is not unbelievable when thinking of the food we eat every day. If we can have a healthy lifestyle, all of this would change. 

 Having a healthy lifestyle is all about living your life in the most healthy and happiest way that you can manage. There are some things you have to do to begin living your life in THE HEALTHY WAY. This means doing some amount of exercise daily, especially in the morning, such as pranayam, jogging, yoga, aerobics, playing sports, etc. Adding to this, you must also have a balanced and especially nutritional diet with all the food groups. It would be best if you can take the right amount of carbohydrates, proteins vitamins, minerals, and fats to help you have a proper diet. Grouped with these two essential aspects (food diet and daily exercise), a healthy person should maintain the same sleep cycle, which should consist of around 7-8 hours of sleep.

A healthy lifestyle does not only refers to physical health but also mental health. We must think positively, to feel happy. If someone does not feel happy or good about themselves, they are not entirely living a healthy life. Then, what should we do? Yes. We must do our best to feel great about ourselves so that we can feel happy rather than sad. 

That are some important things we should do to lead a healthy lifestyle. Now we must talk about what we SHOULD NOT do. There are several things that one must avoid to live a healthy lifestyle. These include the kind of practices and habits that are harmful to us and especially to the people around us. Such practices and habits include gambling, smoking, drinking, or any other things that can turn into an addiction. These habits are harmful not only to you but to all the people around you, as addiction causes many unhealthy attitudes and behaviors. Other unhealthy practices include skipping meals and eating junk food which is really bad for us. 

Trust me, Living a healthy lifestyle will allow you to live longer. This means you will have more time to spend with your family. Exercising daily and stop eating junk food will let you hear that you are 100% healthy when you get a check-up from your doctor. Regular exercises also improve the health of your skin and hair, which will make your appearance better too.  

 Overall, living in a healthy way only has benefits, and that’s why it is recommended that you do everything you can to have a healthy lifestyle. So, have three nutritional meals a day, avoid unhealthy food, go for a run in the morning, get your 8 hours of sleep, and avoid bad habits like drugs and smoking. A healthy lifestyle is the best thing that you can do for your body, and you will be thanking yourself for leading a healthy lifestyle in the hard years of your life.

And remember, ONCE YOU START LIVING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, THERE’S NO TURNING BACK TO OLD.
