 Healthy living is most important for each and every individual for making a successful standard of leading a life. We need to be physically strong in order to be mentally excited. Only if we are mentally happy will we be truly happy so it is very crucial to keep our body and mind fresh and healthy. We are very familiar for this adage, “sound mind in a sound body” … and that is absolutely perfect to be known.

 

                           The corona pandemic breaks the border of the countries and throws its paw on each and every citizen of the country. Corona pandemic wandering around the world can be defined as a tribulation. We have sawn many of the people striving to breadth in this pandemic time. Some of the people have also habituated few physical activities and that is most important for today’s world. We also have sawn many of the people change their habits, surroundings, their lifestyles and even changed themselves so far.

 

                              In this busy world we are wrestling with time, wandering for business for work, living life in one place, looking like a rock. Physically detached from the hardships of labor and accustomed to luxuries, we find ourselves physically very contemptible. This condition becomes a big problem; everyone is making a lot of mistakes in the matter of health without recognizing their natural dimensions which can lead to some other new problem. For good health, great peace of mind requires certain physical activities and how to find them is just like some medical tool. That tool may be healthy food, yoga, exercises, good diet, aerobics, good sleep etc. And these reform our best version.

 

                             As we already know, new changes in the world have caused a change in us as well as a change in the size of our lives. Our lifestyles have totally changed and it is when we are observing from a few decades. Many health issues arise from the past 100 years and we are gradually escaping ourselves from preventing all those odds. But for a few days all of us had to pay the price for that clutch. Because of this corona epidemic we still owe that much more. It has become very difficult for us to pay because we don’t show such care towards our health until it comes to us.

 

                             Health is our resource for living and saving it should be our responsibility. We are capable of enhancing many ways for being healthy and still there are many that exist. We just have to follow them and be a part of a healthy wealthy society. Among all that we have this one important thing to note is that it is a topic that is useful to those of today – THE YOGA, yoga can be defined as According to science, yoga is a perfect way of life. YOGASANAS means bringing balance and unity. Many people think that yoga is just a physical exercise, some physical movements and a breathing process. But in fact the infinite genius of man, the combination of spirits combined is called yoga.

 

                         The practice of yoga, which is different from any other exercise, has become very popular abroad due to its concentrated spirituality. The popularity and popularity of yoga, especially in the West, is amazing. Other exercises focus only on improving fitness. Processes such as yoga, meditation, and pranayamam can bring mental calm due to mental concentration and also contribute to mental health. Many believe that it can help reduce the severity of illnesses such as stress, heart disease and high blood pressure. Orthodox traditional yoga has been popular among many moderns even in modern times.

 

                          To rely on self-reliance to prevent physical and mental illness, to protect the body, and to cultivate unwavering self-confidence, yoga is all-encompassing. With peace of mind, determination, and care in the breath taken by the pure practitioner, care, truthfulness and restraint towards life can inevitably be inherent.

 

                         Yoga is the best remedy for all problems that we face today either physically or mentally. In this epidemic, we crossed many situations and those shaped our future. It is very essential for each and every person to have health consequences and hold on to the right segment. We have molded ourselves in this period and so we ensure to have a perfect and healthy life. Every health issue will have a perfect remedy and that is choosing lead like good medicine.
