May Day is celebrated around the world on May 1 to symbolize the unity and determination of world workers. It was the day that confirmed, “anything can be won by fighting”. The cultivator says, “God forbid, but the effort pays off.” There is nothing, which is not possible here if there is hard work. It is man’s labour that has made the useless world useful. In the early days, the working class exploited the labour of the working class. Thus the employees grew and the labourers suffered. May Day is celebrated in the tone of “Let’s rise through labour” in protest. Today, there are millions of workers in the world who are living in poverty and running out of wages. In this article, we will look at the history of Labor Day, the backbone of the country, and the value of workers.

HISTORY OF LABOR DAY

In the United States in 1890, workers demanded decent wages, demanding 8 hours of work, 8 hours of rest, and 8 hours of sleep. The US government launched a brutal offensive against the strike, killing scores of workers. To rectify this, they believed that the nations would prosper only if the workers ruled to oust the bosses from power. They called on the world workers to unite, claiming that the power to end this lies with the workers. All the goods produced in the world used by the people of the world are made by the labour of the workers. The employers began to enjoy the benefits of these and began to realize the fact that workers were languishing in poverty. The Great Struggle of 1886 was waged by all workers in the United States. They also saw success in this.
Labor’s Day is celebrated around the world to commemorate this day and to show the greatness of the world’s workers. Workers are the backbone of the country. “There is no country without a worker,” said Pattukottai Kalyanasundaram, an Indian poet. This world will not work if workers do not work. For everything we depend on labour the food, “we eat, the clothing we wear, the goods we buy and the services we receive”. The labour of a labourer depends on every commodity we use, whether it is a moving vehicle or an existing house. If workers do not work, the country’s economy will be paralyzed. The economic development of a country depends on the hands of its working class. Therefore, the government must be careful about paying workers a fair wage and focusing on worker’s interests, as well as workers’ pensions.

RESPECT LABORS

Workers who do their job well and lift our country with their working hands do not get the right status in society. There is a misconception that high careers are highly valued. This community should respect all professionals. Society should oppose those who are involved in theft and other illegal activities. We have to respect the working people. They will say, “You have to work and live, not live in the labour of others.”

TRIBUTE TO LABORS

As the wings have been shown solely to give a sense of proportion
As the labour drained away
As time went on
No ploughing, no ploughing, no dawn.

According to the deity of labour
As the mind believes
As life is connected to tatana
Let’s live is not laziness

As consuming free air
As the saying and deed combine
As with diligently carrying determination
There is no barrier to get up.

To split the roof of the sky
May also touch the revolution
As the upcoming obstacles are cleared
Let’s create dawn!

To make the milk green
As you can imagine from the “Green Revolution”
As fields multiply in the world
Let’s work! Let’s work we are not old!!

The creeping tide is astonishing
To increase the fish that live in it
May the “blue revolution” also rise
There is no relaxation in thinking.

To quench the hunger of the calf and the child
To the delight of the milkman and the cow
Let the “white revolution” also rise
There is no rest.

As many industries have done
As the sandals wear off
Keeping the family in poverty
The worker is the deity of the worker!

As wages rise for labour
To elevate the life of the worker
Let the times come and enjoy
Let’s keep hope alive!!

As our cultures guard
To the amazement of the nations of the world
As superior in scientific technique
Let’s work! let’s work!! let’s work!!!

The easiest way to succeed in this world is to strive hard. Night and day do not appear if the rotating earth stops its rotation. The world will not work. Man cannot progress in life if he fails to work like that. Even a seed that falls to the ground will grow into a tree. Similarly, sweating can only be successful if you work hard.
We will rise by hard work and respect the workers
