A man was in deep penance. After many years, all the religious Gods in the world thought to gave some boons to him. So All the religious Gods were appeared before him and asked him what do you want? He never opened his eyes. The Gods are called him and asked what you want? Why are you sitting like this? What do you want to achieve? He simply sits and just shakes his head like nothing.
All Gods surprised. Again all Gods asked him that get anything from them for his present use or future, … but he firmly told nothing… so all the Gods begged the man to ask something. One God said if you think the rail will come… is it ok? The man said, “No Need”.
Another God asked if you touch anything, it should become Gold.. was this boon is enough to u…
But the man said… “No Need”
All the Gods were furious. All the Gods told him, please ask any boon from us…
All the Gods competed among themselves to give a boon to him.
One God said… if u touch any diseased person… he will be cured… Is it ok to u…..?!…
One God asked… if u said stand up to the dead man, he will stand and live, please get this boon, it will give high reputation to you ….
But the man said.. please don’t disturb me… leave me alone… I don’t want anything. All Gods Felt that He wan an arrogant.
One God told… I will give all your knowledge to you, you can go everywhere.. you will be respected by the world…
One God told…All eatables, Wine, Clothes whatever you need, it will come before u.. is this boon ok to you…?!
He kept silent…
All Gods were cried, please ask anything, we can’t go without giving any boon to you. It was very disappointing to us.. Please ask….
Finally, The man saw the Gods…. He opened his mouth, He said, “ok because of your deep begging, Give all the boons whatever you all said till now…”
All the Gods are shocked… How terrible he was? Really he is not a good one? But what can we do?.. we promised to him, to give the boons…. The Gods are stared.
At that time. The man said.. but I need one more boon, if u all give that new boon, then only I will accept your all boons.
Again All the Gods stared and thought…. “What will he ask?”
The man asked… If I said, Rain may come… If I called, The dead man may alive…. If I touched, diseased person. The person should be alright, All things are ok… but when I did this… I don’t want to remember… because of me, because of my words, my touch these are things happen…. Please If you all agree, give this ‘ the state of forgetting myself “– boon also to me.
If you all ready to give this extra boon… I will accept your all offers…
All the Gods again shocked.. how he is great? They are disappeared.
