A hobby is not meant for pastime. A hobby is not meant for fun and fancy.
Why so? Human psychology views man’s behaviour as a combination of normal behaviour, habits and hobbies.
A hobby is basically a diversion from routine and fatigue. It is a way for enjoyment, fun and entertainment. At the same time a hobby does not mean that it is secondary in building and development of human personality.
There is subtle difference between hobbies and habits. A habit is almost permanent for a human being whereas a hobby is normally optional. It is difficult to change habits but it is quite easy to change or shift from hobbies.

There are innumerable hobbies which we can adopt. The types are broadly classified as Indoor and outdoor. The present generation of this millennium is blessed with many new and innovative hobbies that play a supportive role to attain their dream job.
All the hobbies definitely help to develop one’s personality, physique, health and strength. But a young job aspirant is required to choose one hobby that will be the anchor for the overall development of intelligence and career development.

A hobby is an activity a person engages himself with pleasure and enthusiasm that gives additional benefits such as health, vigour, strength and development of IQ etc.,

Indoor and outdoor games will not serve the purpose of enhancement of knowledge and skill to meet the requirements of employers.
In our analysis, we consider a job as a job under an employer for remuneration. We have excluded self- employment, professional career and start-ups etc., because they normally are the employers.
